This tool starts off by highlighting the financial benefits of giving up smoking, not only by quoting figures but also by putting them into perspective overtime, showing what you could buy with the money from one month to 10 years of not smoking such as being able to buy an iPod after just a couple of months of not smoking 20 a day.
It then moves on to the physical benefits of quitting, it focuses on each area of your body that would benefit from no longer smoking, such as your skin, heart and lungs amongst other areas. It also focuses on the amount of poisons and toxins that get into your body through smoking such as tar, carbon monoxide and arsenic.
